Under the casing we find the Android operating system, in its Jelly Bean version, which screams for an upgrade to enjoy the Lollipop. Not that it is a bad version but the 5.0 includes improvements to take into account in a smartphone of this level.
The first thing that we will enjoy of this Eluga will be its casing with lid that adds a touch of maximum elegance and adds a plus of protection to drops and scratches. The screen has a size of 5.5 “which is in the middle but still seems to be excessive. The mobile does not become excessively large but there are situations in which we would like to be able to fold it.
As an engine we have a processor of eight cores to 1.7 GHz that offers us a good performance but that would earn quite a bit more RAM. It has installed 1 GB that will be short as soon as we have a handful of applications open. Internal storage has 8 GB which is an even bigger problem. We have the option to expand up to 32 GB using microSD, but it will not do much with applications that do not allow to be installed in the SD.
The cameras take the best note, especially thanks to the main. With a resolution of 13 MP we can enjoy quality captures and the possibility of recording videos in Full HD at 1080p. The front with only 2 MP will not have many more uses than some sporadic selfie and without intention to keep a memory of quality.
